Matterhorn, the chocolate mountain Zermatt

Me and my friends went to this place which called Matterhorn in Switzerland during our internships' off. It was in south of Switzerland near Geneva or Lugano part. It is always easy to travel around if you are using smart phone. Download the app called "sbb" or via computer type on www.sbb.ch from there, you can always find the place, location, duration, and schedule to get to your destination. Switzerland is unlike like other parts of EU. They don't use Metro instead, they have their own transportation with their own controls.

The mountain is about 4477 meters height, we were managed to get up to the station called Gornergrat. We departed at Zurich HB (the main station) to Zermatt. From there, we took another small train up to Gornergrat. From this area/ region, you can really see the mountain of "Toblerone". The best time to get there with my personal point of view would be during September till the beginning of November because it is still a bit warm and sunny when you get up to the mountain. Furthermore, you don't need to be worried about daylight as normally December time the sun will go down at about 4pm or 430pm.

Remember to wear good attire for hiking up the hill, please don't wear high heel boots just because you want to look nice in the picture because the mountain road to get up to the top is narrow and slippery. There is actually a restaurant up on the mountain. Unfortunately it was closed when we were there.
Hope you will have fun in Klein Matterhorn, enjoy Zermatt mountain =]

We actually found this pretty cool cafe down at the Zermatt town. There is actually a place where you can walk around, there is a small street with unique cafes and shops you can get some souvenirs over there. Well, come back to the cafe we were obsessed with, this cafe is double-storey and it is really a small little invisible cafe along the shop lots. I don't really remember the cafe's name, but you will find it because there is only a small little street in Zermatt and it is called Bahnhofstrasse, the main street. We ordered a hazelnut coffee, caramel coffee and hot chocolate. Their hot chocolate is using this little "froze" on the stick chocolate so whenever you want to consume it, heat up the milk and put the chocolate stick into the cup and it will eventually melt and mix up together.
Had fun, thanks Jess and Cyrus. <3 p="">
